SUP, or Stand up Paddle, is a water sport which combines an incredible full body exercise which increases your strength, cardio fitness and flexibility.
This is an activity which, apart from being very easy to learn, combines physical exercise while relaxing on the sea.
After a brief theoretical class, we will explore the beautiful coast of Gran Canaria from the sea accompanied by an instructor. With a little bit of luck, we can even get to see dolphins or turtles.
This activity includes:
- Stand-Up-Paddle Board and paddle
- Neoprene wetsuit, lycra
- Accident and liability insurance
- Transfer from the school to the beach and back
