SUP, or Stand-up Paddle boarding, is a water sport which combines an incredible full body exercise which increases your strength, cardio fitness balance and flexibility.
This activity is very easy to learn and provides great exercise while relaxing at sea.
After a brief theoretical class, we will explore the beautiful coast of Gran Canaria from the sea accompanied by an instructor. With a little bit of luck, we may even be able to see dolphins or turtles.
